안타깝게도 이 수치는:

• 같은 시간 전국 평균 투표율(3.83%)보다 1.08%p 낮은 수준
• 22대 총선 사전투표율(16.7%)과 비교하면 무려 13.95%p 낮은 수준

Let's examine the current status and significance of the Busan Superintendent of Education by-election scheduled for April 2, 2025.

Why is the Busan Educational Superintendent By-election Being Held?

The Busan Superintendent of Education by-election is being held due to the interruption of the existing superintendent's term. Generally, by-elections are conducted due to reasons such as resignation, loss of position, or invalidation of election results. This by-election represents an important opportunity to reestablish the direction of education in Busan. It's a crucial moment for approximately 2.87 million Busan citizens to choose new leadership that will guide future educational policies.
